The 200 series offers the private chef a determinedly efficient set of options. Ranging from the downdraft and cooktop with integrated ventilation, through to wall-mounted and island hoods, the ceiling choices of integrated, surface-mounted and free hanging ceiling ventilation, or the invisible canopy extractors and flat kitchen hoods hidden within kitchen units. Most extractors provide high-powered illumination as well as recirculated or externally vented air flow. They can also be manually controlled or function on automatic; self-adjusting the fan speed depending on the fumes they detect. Their highly effective grease filters are easily removable and suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. Every extractor is driven by a BLDC motor: efficient, quiet and integrated within the appliance, ensuring installation of the 200 series range involves considerably less planning.
